Meet Travis

Travis is a lifelong veteran of the hospitality industry. Over his 20 year career, Travis has held food and beverage leadership positions in some of the country’s premiere hotel destinations, including the Loews Ventana Canyon in Tucson, JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, and the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta. Travis has brought a creative touch to each of these properties, developing surprising food and beverage programs that have delighted guests and garnered media attention far and wide.

Today Travis lives is Nevada City, CA where he is the co-owner of Piety Hill Cottages, a vintage motor court hotel. Travis also serves as the bar lead at the historic National Exchange Hotel where he directs bar operations and releases seasonal menus of original craft cocktails, establishing “The Nash” as the region’s premiere cocktail destination.

In his work as strategic and creative consultant, Travis brings his passion for beer, wine & spirits, extensive management experience, and creative talents to a variety of clients across the food and beverage space.
